This book was so good. It had me mad at times and I even cried at two different times while reading this. It's about a girl, Melody who is 11 years old in the 5th grade. She has a photographic memory and very smart. She cannot talk. She cannot walk. She can't even eat without needing assistance. She has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair. She attends a regular elementary school. This book shows how cruel normal kids can be. Adding this book to my favorites shelf and I advise all middle grade students read it.
